HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Explore Our Data and Account Security Practices

Security and transparency are the practical pillars of how jackpotin manages your personal data and account rights.

Data We Collect

We collect registration details, session logs and transaction confirmation signals. We do not store UPI handles, Paytm wallet credentials or PhonePe tokens — those stay within the respective payment provider's encrypted environment.

Cookie Usage

Our site uses session cookies for login continuity and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any time; rejecting analytics cookies does not affect account access.

Account Security

Each account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor verification. If we detect an unusual login attempt from a new device or IP, we send an alert to your registered email before the session is allowed to proceed.

Data Retention Period

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a statutory period after closure. After that window, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised in line with applicable data retention law.

Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of your data, a correction of inaccurate records, or deletion of your account data by contacting our legal team via email or the Help Centre portal. We process such requests within the statutory timeframe.

Who to Contact

All formal legal requests go to our designated compliance contact, reachable via the legal email address listed on the Help Centre portal. Include your registered email and the nature of your request so we can route it without delay.

Your Legal Questions About jackpotin

The questions below cover the areas we hear about most often — your rights over your data, how jurisdiction affects your access, and how to action a formal legal request. If your question is not listed here, the Help Centre portal has additional detail and a direct contact form.

Your account is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction under which jackpotin operates, read alongside local law in India. Access to the platform depends on local law and is available where local law permits in your state or territory.

Submit a written data access request via the Help Centre portal or by email to our legal team. Include your registered email address and account username. We will send the relevant data to your registered contact within the statutory period.

We share only the minimum data required for payment processing with UPI, Paytm and PhonePe as necessary to complete transactions. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks outside our own platform operations.

Yes. You may request deletion by contacting our legal team in writing. We will delete or anonymise personal identifiers after verifying your identity. Note that some records must be retained for a statutory period before deletion is possible.

After account closure, we retain transactional and registration records for the statutory period required by applicable law. Once that period expires, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised. We will confirm the timeline in your closure acknowledgement email.

Send a formal written notice to our legal contact address via the Help Centre portal. State the nature of your dispute, your account details and the relief you are seeking. We acknowledge formal legal notices within two working days.

We review our terms periodically and post any revised version on this page with a clear revision date at the top. For material changes, we send a notification to your registered email at least seven days before the update takes effect.
